Inspire Magazine revolves around the idea of goodwill. For years, magazines have fallen in line of producing tabloids. We call for change, for acceptance, and for the teenagers. We hope the generations that read our magazine will be inspired and learn to do great. We aim for teens ages 13-18.

Published: December 10, 2009 Jasmine Alveran was to appear with the late Michael Jackson each show in his new tour. She portrays, "Earth Girl," in the Jackson's music video, "Earth Song." Q. Hi Jasmine, hope you are well! So you're known for playing "Earth Girl" in the late Michael Jackson's video, do you like that you are called that? I love being called Earth Girl because it reminds me of Michael Jackson. Q. Were you able to see the movie? I saw the movie 4 times. Q. We have not seen the movie yet but looking forward to it. You probably have already met Michael, how was it meeting him? It was amazing meeting Michael Jackson. He was very nice to me. Q. When you heard he passed away, what was your reaction? I was very sad to hear he passed away. I will always miss him. Q. How did you get started in this business and the music video? My mom has been taking me to auditions since I was 3. Kenny Ortega saw my picture and he brought me to audition for the part. Q. You would have been on stage with Michael for his concerts. It must have been terrible to hear they were all canceled. Were you saddened by this? I was very sad because I was looking forward to sharing the stage with Michael and traveling to London. Q. You're just so young and only in the second grade. Do the other children like that you're an actress? Yes, all my friends love it. Q. So far, what kind of things do you enjoy about acting? I love going to acting class, monologues are my favorite. Q. What kind of films are you interested in doing in the future? And who with? I would love to play Selena Gomez’s sister in a Disney Movie. Q. We all have obsessions! What is your current obsession? Definitely jump roping, I love it. Q. What has been the hardest challenge you faced this year? Dealing with the loss of Michael Jackson was very difficult for me. Q. What are you looking forward to next year? Any new goals you'd like to reach? I hope to get a dog when I turn 8. I really would like to do a movie or be on the Disney Channel.
