Hailey and Tatum McCann
For all the bunk bed kicking, scrambling for the remote control, and the attempts to dunk the other in the pool, Hailey and Tatum McCann are two of many siblings who actually enjoy each other's presence. These two delightful sisters worked alongside each other in their feature film, "The Time Traveler's Wife."
"I was excited to be able to work with my sister for the first time," said T.McCann. Sharing the same role of Rachel McAdam and Eric Bana's daughter, Alba, the sisters enjoyed their time on set and working simultaneously.
Originally auditioning individually, they came in together for their call backs. H.McCann was "blown away at having the opportunity to shoot a feature film" and having the chance to meet two powerful actors of the industry, McAdams and Bana. H.McCann and T.McCann, having already seen a few of McAdams and Bana's films, thought they "were really great movies."
As fans of their cast members, both girls were elated to be working in the motion picture. "I was looking forward to shooting with Rachel and Eric," said T.McCann. Although H.McCann was "pessimistic" about booking the role due to one of her "[films] that didn't come through," she was considerably eager.
"One experience we had on set was when we were asked to poke a dead bird with a stick. It was a funny thing for us to do, but we had a lot of fun." H.McCann's favorite scene was the zoo scene. "All the animals would go crazy! The lion was the worst!" T.McCann had "a lot of fun" while her older sister continuously "poked the dead bird."
14-year-old H.McCann and 10-year-old T.McCann don't think twice about having another career as they gradually grow older. "I'm going to stick with it and see where it takes me," said H.McCann.
In the previous years, T.McCann had already made her name known in the entertainment business. Starring as the cute and giggly five-year-old in Adam Sandler's, "Click," she blew away the audience with her charm.
H.McCann also had success guest appearing in numerous television shows such as, "The Cleaner" and "Punk'd."
The sisters look forward to meeting new people in the future and working with McAdams and Bana again, Miranda Cosgrove, and even Jim Carrey.
When time permits, H.McCann plays a game of softball and eating ice cream, and T.McCann loves being with her puppies and swimming with her sister.
